Corte Figaretto Amarone Della Valpolicella 2015
Winemaking: Is carried out after drying for 120 days in our loft with a weight loss of 55%. The grapes are crushed by gravity into small stainless steel vats for 50 hl. Conduct daily pumping delestage throughout the duration of fermentation.
Temperature: Controlled at 18-20°C.
Maturation: Ageing for 24 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
Organoleptic analysis: Deep ruby red color, looks nice with hints of ripe red fruit, hints of spice and leather, full-bodied, round, soft, very elegant and long finish.
Food matching: Shown with main course, cheese, or dessert.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.

Corte Figaretto Veneto Bianco Secco 2017
Harvest – Hand picked in crates in the early days of September
Vinification – Grapes are vinificated with soft pressing. Skins remain in contact with the juice for 2 days. This wine is made with no added sulfites
Ageing After vinification is completed wine ages for 7 months in stainless steel
Organoleptic specifications Straw yellow with greenish hues. Nose shows scents of apple, pear and pleasant mineral notes. Taste is well balanced , fine, elegant and very pleasant to drink.
Food pairing Ideal as an aperitif, great pairing with any kind of fish

Sparapani Verdicchio 2018
Wine representative of the company with which we try to transmit the passion for our territory, not only through this hand-drawn label, but with a scrupulous commitment spent in the entire production chain. Selection of grapes, vinification in steel and prolonged aging on its yeasts gives it an unmistakable fullness and personality. With an intense straw color with green-gold reflections, intense and complex scent with yellow pulp fruit and floral hints of acacia, with a decidedly mineral finish. Wine of great taste structure, soft impact with return of freshness and excellent persistence.
Aged: 6 months steel tanks, 8 months bottle and 8-10 years longevity
