Our Small Lot Series is only made in outstanding years where our winemaker hand selects the vintage’s best barrels that will deliver exceptional and age worthy wines. This wine delivers aromas of cassis, stewed blackberry, white pepper, and old leather. On the palate are grippy tannins, and flavours of blackberry, cherry pit, cedar, sweet spice, and caramel. Pairs well with prime rib, roasted lamb with rosemary, and hard cheeses like cheddar.
